Contact-Free Delivery: Please state in the special instructions box if you'd like contact-free delivery. Our delivery driver will place the flowers on the doorstep, knock on the recipient’s door and then stand back at a safe distance whilst they receive their gift. There will be no need to provide a signature on delivery and if your recipient is in self-isolation or unable to answer, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe place and post a calling card through the letterbox. Please leave a note in the special comments box with any special delivery instructions you may have.

Funeral Tributes: We require AT LEAST 3 days notice for sympathy flowers please. We will endeavor to create your chosen designs as closely to the images shown as possible. However due to the current circumstances, some stems may have to be substituted and replace with stems of similar appearance and equal value.

CUSTOMER PARKING: We are in a parking permit area, however, you only need to have a permit between the hours of 10:00 and 11:00AM and between 2:00 and 3:00 PM Monday to Friday.

You do not need a permit to park in Bexley street or the surrounding area unless it’s between those times. However if you do visit us in the permit times there are 2 one hour bays located just behind our shop at the end of Bexley Street.

FLOWER CARE GUIDE: To help keep your flowers in tip top condition simply follow these easy care instructions...

GIFT WRAPPED BOUQUETS
Carefully unwrap your flowers, don’t remove the tie as this is holding the bouquet together. Also remove any foliage that will be below the waterline in your vase.

Cut approx. 2-3cm at an angle with a sharp pair of scissors, secateurs or knife from the base of each stem. Cutting at an angle will result in a larger surface area from which your flowers can drink.

Immediately place your flowers into a clean vase filled with water and flower food. Please ensure there is no foliage in the water as this can promote bacteria growth.

Arrange your flowers in the vase and display somewhere away from draughts, direct sunlight, heat sources and ripening fruit to prolong the life of your flowers.

Re-cut the stems, remove any faded or discoloured blooms or foliage every 3 days and change the water. Top up the vase water when necessary.

HAND TIED BOUQUETS IN A BOX OR BAG
To care for your flowers delivered to you in water: You can leave the flowers in their gift wrapping for around 5 to 7 days, just remember to keep the water level topped right up to the tie point with fresh water mixed with a little flower food every other day. Once the water goes cloudy you can unwrap the flowers and follow the gift wrapped bouquet care instructions.

ARRANGEMENTS IN OASIS FOAM
Always place arrangements on a waterproof surface.

To prolong the life of your flowers keep the container topped right up with fresh water mixed with flower food every other day. This will ensure that the floral foam will not dry out.

Display your arrangement somewhere away from draughts, direct sunlight, heat sources and ripening fruit to prolong the life of your flowers. Remove any faded or discoloured blooms and foliage when necessary to keep your flowers looking at their best.

HANDLE WITH CARE
Lily pollen may stain. Remove stamens from any newly opened flowers before the pollen gets too messy!

Lilies are poisonous to cats and harmful to other animals. If your bouquet includes lilies please take care and keep them out of the reach of animals.

All flowers and plants are for display purposes only. They may look good enough to eat… but please don’t!! May be harmful or cause irritation.
